The hotel was pleasant with many shops and amenities on each other tower's ground floors. I particularly liked the café on the ground floor of tower one. The reception staff were excellent. They were smiley and friendly and spoke English very well. They were very helpful in both the check-in and check-out processes. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a nice size. The water pressure on the toilet bidet was very strong and not adjustable. Also, the noise from the main street can be loud even on the fourteenth floor, but I managed to sleep through it fine. The hotel has a very nice prayer room for both men and women, both a nice wudhu space. The hotel has a laundrette shop, which is open 24 hours on the ground floor of one of the towers as well as a barbershop where pilgrims can cut their hair. There is also a self washing laundry machine in the wudhu area (there was one in the men's one, I don't know about the ladies' wudhu area) of the hotel prayer room. The hotel restaurant had a buffet breakfast, which cost me SAR40, which I enjoyed on one of my morning stays. There was a good mix of hot and cold food, although there good have been a bit more of a selection. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to and from the Haram, which I believe runs around the clock. You will not need to wait for more than 5 minutes at the stop for the next shuttle bus to arrive. Bear in mind that the bus can get crowded, especially at prayer times, and may not be suitable for disabled guests.

The location is about a 15-minute walk from Al-haram, which is quite convenient. However, it's important to note that the walk includes a steep incline, which might be challenging for older guests or those dealing with severe sciatica pain. On the positive side, the area around the hotel is lively and offers plenty of options. There are several local eats, offering delicious food, refreshing fresh fruit juices, and a money exchange. Additionally, there are shops, a barber, and even a supermarket down the street, making it easy to grab essentials or enjoy a leisurely stroll. The staff at the hotel were incredibly kind and respectful, always ready to assist with a smile, which made the stay even more enjoyable. However, we did experience a bit of dissatisfaction when we first arrived in our room. The shower had a defect, and water was leaking outside the shower area. We had to call reception several times before they finally changed our room. Since we were tired and needed to go perform Umrah, this issue was a bit frustrating, but once resolved, we were able to enjoy our stays. I would also add that cleanliness could be a little more emphasise. The bed sheets and towels are very clean and can be changed whenever required which was great but the toilet, sink and shower area could use a bit more detergent and care. Overall, despite this small hiccup, the hotel provided a great experience with its location, friendly staff, and nearby amenities. Just be mindful of the uphill walk if you have mobility concerns.

It is roughly 5 minutes by free shuttle bus to the haram - the bus stops next to the new extension of the haram which has plenty of space. The shuttle buses come every 3 minutes, and there are more than 5 of them. The breakfast buffet from 6am to 11am has a good selection of food and drinks to choose from, with helpful staff and good places to sit, at a cheap price of 40 riyal per person per day (you pay at the restaurant itself). The beds were comfortable and big in size, and clean. They give free water and the fridge was very good too. The ladies at reception were very well mannered and well trained. The laundry service was very fast. Plenty of gift shops and mini markets on Ground floor. There is a prayer room, wudhu area, small gym room, and even a kids area too, all within tower 1 - there are 5 towers. There are plenty of cabs outside of tower 1 to get anywhere e.g. ziyarat or station. The hotel is very big and very well priced, without being too far from the haram.

The location was good for ages group 18 - 50 in particular. It's a walking distance of 15 minutes to & from Masjid Al Haram, just a 5 minutes path towards the end is a bit Steep. Beside that the 24/7 shuttle drops you near that steep and you climb uphill for 5 minutes and on your left it's Masjid Al Haram opposite Anjum Hotel. The taxi might cost you 10 to 15 riyal dropping you off at Gaza (Umrah) Side or Fahd gate underneath the the tunnel where you take an escalator & come up Infront of the Fahd gate entrance, The lifts at the hotel were immaculate, very quick & around 12 of them in our tower 1. The receptionists were very well mannered and professional, the cleaning staff was good as well. Doing free laundry at night was fun as well haha. Very peaceful stay.

1. Good value. 2. On the way from and back to the hotel, there are little traditional bazar which sells gift things. 3. Travel from the airport to the hotel is sooo easy because Jarwal bus station is 5 minutes walk near to the hotel.. 5 star bus will take you from airport to the hotel and vise versa on SR 25 only each.. You can book bus tickets online from "nwbus.sa".. or once you land your flight in jeddah airport, you can book tickets from the ground floor, you will find a little plastic kiosk for northwest.. other buses are there but I liked the bus quality for them.. wide chairs , usb charge, new buses, ac, usually not crowded.
